Make Sure you have the correct app there are separate apps for Xtrix (blue Icon) and Xtrix Plus (Red Icon) There are also separate apps for android boxes and phone/tablet. If you are not sure contact me
You can only use the Xtrix trial once if you have had a trial from me or another seller the trial will not work
